Promising direction

I acknowledge the long absent from writing down my thoughts. A lot has happened to this day. What I have to say today is a terrific one. It about my first mooting experience on Thursday, March 23rd.

A lot of efforts have been put into the preparation for that 15 minutes on that day. Days and weeks of researches made me, at one point, almost break down. I must be aware of using proper mooting etiquettes, the rules and regulations of it all. Long story short, I managed through effortlessly, even though I had to read from my script I partially memorized. This way was good because then I had time to make eye contact with the moot judges.

Finally, the moot judges were very pleased with my performance and gave me proper credits where they belong. Perhaps the path to advocacy is a promising direction I must consider?

Now that I am certain that I want to practice law, I want to be able to graduate with a degree that is recognised in my home country, as well as internationally, and the one from Leeds Metropolitan University is certainly not one of such. Because of this, I am in the process of enquiring and applying for a transfer to another university, possibly either Cardiff University or Nottingham Trent University. If at all possible without having to start year 1 or 2, then best choice, without the hassles of moving into another city with all the load of junks I have, would be Leeds University.

I cannot afford to gamble with my future prospect in which will, under most circumstances, support my life and the life of partner. Our arguments may be of equal sides -- that we may not understand each other's circumstances pertaining to the decisions we have to make right now -- but I'm doing all I can right now to make both ends meet. We'll have to see to it.

On the other hand, I really want to get out of England for a short period of holidays in the Europe. Time is of the essence here. I really do want to go with Vivian to actualize her dreams with her -- travel around the European nations (or at least part of it).
