Liability of Product Liability on Tobacco Products

Fundamentally adhering to the rule of law and principles of law, I have also successfully employed methods and ideas from business points of view as well as explored the effects of economic policies implemented by government organisations to produce this conclusive report of Product Liability of Tobacco.

It was important to highlight the origins of trade and thereafter the evolution of government interventions via policies that serves to regulate the general activities of trade conducts, thereby upholding justice and therefore ensuring the sustainable business and trade that all seeks. In the latter instance, it would be the manufacturer and consumers of tobacco products.

This report continuously integrate core principles of jurisprudence, business and trade, and government involvements through legislatures and [economic] policies. The question of "which would be the preferred outcome between levying additional taxes, which has the deterrent effects, on tobacco products or adding more warning labels on the effects of smoking tobacco, which has the effects of educating and informing the members of the public..." can be answered conclusively.
