Deny, Deny, Deny

Following what happened yesterday, my money has yet to be credited. It has caused a lot of inconveniences to me again since this morning. Not too good a day to start either.

I have lost no money nevertheless. I demanded compensation from the bank. The Counter Manager said there was nothing they can do. I fought and I fought hard. The argument soon escalated into something akin to a prisoner and the prison's warden. The Branch Manager finally decided to come out. Dawkes sat down, placed her reading glasses on the table, clasped her hands down and pretend to listen to me ranting on for 5 minutes. When I stopped, she just said: "I understand your frustration, Mr Teok. But there's nothing we can do." Deny! Deny! Deny!

My money is trapped in their system and my current balance is MINUS £1,230.00!! I can't even withdraw £10.00 from ATM.
